We want you to love your Kohl & co bag. If it's not right, full priced items purchased online may be returned for an exchange, credit or refund within 7 days of receipt for New Zealand purchases, and 14 days of receipt for international purchases. Items received outside of this time period will not be accepted.

 

 

Please ensure you contact Kohl & co directly at hello@kohlandco.co.nz to inform us of your intention, so we know to expect your package. contact must be made within 48hours of receiving your delivery, please also include a note in your return package stating your intentions for your return, to help us speed up this process.

Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have all original tags and packaging including dust bag intact.

 

 

Kohl & co reserves the right to decline any returns which do not meet the above criteria.

 

 

Shipping and handling is non refundable (the applicable shipping will be deducted from your return) and returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Kohl & co.
