Our prices to world destinations not listed above do not include taxes like VAT, This may be charged at the boarder when your order arrives. If these remain unpaid your order will be returned to us where upon a refund less the cost of shipping will be given.

General Shipping Information

When your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation and your tracking number. Please be aware that if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday that your order will not be processed until the next business day.

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours, our hours of operating are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. we will dispatch your goods with in three working days of receipt of your order subject to processing times and stock availability, information regarding lead times for making product will be listed on individual product pages. We will do our best to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible however Kohl & co cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within estimated time frames.

The approximate delivery times provided are estimates only and exclude any courier delays, processing time and public holidays.

We are not currently able to deliver to a PO Box. Please supply us with a physical address such as a workplace at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours (9am - 5pm weekdays). 

Customs Information

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Kohl & co, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
